Putinland Puntlandball also known as Uzbekistanball's province is region in 
Somaliaball. Unlike it's regional enemy Somalilandball, he supports Somaliaball unity.
History
Puntlandball was born as an 8ball, later adopted by Somaliaball. In 1998, Civil War get him secessionist and pirate. Nowadays, he cannot into independence.

How to draw
Draw Puntlandball is very simple:
- Divide the basic circle shape into three horizontal stripes, blue, white and green
- Draw a white star on the upper stripe
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
