Karachay-Cherkessiaball is a Russian Republicball in Western 
Russiaball. They are multilingual because they have five official languages, and that gives Karachay-Cherkessiaball some multi-personalities.
Fun fact, it got its name from the two ethnic groups. One of them is the 
Karachay-Balkar, 
Kipchak Turkicball who inhabits it. The other ethnicity is the people of 
Circassiaball (also known as "Cherkessia"), the land it resides on.

Karachay-Cherkessiaball was born as a Caucasian 
2ball, adopted by Russiaball.

How to draw
Draw Karachay-Cherkessiaball is almost simple:
- Divide the basic circle shape into three horizontal stripes, blue, green and red
- Draw a yellow circle border into the central stripe
- Draw a rising sun behind two mountains in the circle
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
