South Sudanball (sporadically known as the Nilotic Republicball) is a baby toddler the newest countryball on 
Earthball. It separated from 
Sudanball in because they were having a small quarrel big civil war (like most other African countryballs). As of 2022, South Sudanball is 11 years old. It is also (as of 2022) the only recognized countryball to be created after the meme was created. Also, it is the second inflated rate country in the world.
Its independence day is 9 July 2011.
It is the least happy countryball on Earthball.
He's notably known for having one of the tallest people in the world, example being Manute Bol who is 7'7".

Early History[edit | edit source]
South Sudanball doesn't have much pre-colonial history. It was born as an 
8ball. It has been owned by several African tribes, later invaded by 
Khedivate of Egyptball. Even though the Ottoman presence in the country only lasted for a few decades, it had a major effect on the languages spoken there. A creole, known as "Juban Arabic" was derived from Arabic learnt from Egyptian slave traders, as well as some Turkish.
Later 
UKball came to the region. It was part of 
Anglo-Egyptian Sudanball. The capital .png){kind=icon}
Jubaball was built on 1922.
Modern History[edit | edit source]
Sudanball gained independence in 1956, but South Sudanball was not happy that it was a part of its sibling one bit to the oppression of 
Christians and other non-kebabs by the 
kebabs up the north. Having less to no political power, the non-muslims decided to secede from Sudanball. The First Sudanese Civil War was from 1956 to 1972.
Eventually in 1972, the conflict became a stalemate so both countries went to 
Abyssiniaball for help. Following the Addis Ababa Agreement, the Southern Autonomous Republic of South Sudanball was created. South Sudanball could into its own rules, but 
Sudan People's Liberation Armyball rose up in 1983 and caused against the Islamist government of the north.
The second war against the north lasted until 2005 when South Sudanball regained complete self-governance. Sudanball finally gave it a referendum, making it the youngest countryball to be a member of 
UNball. Just to make sure South Sudanball didn't transition towards any conflicts, UNball sent a mission of peacekeeping forces shortly after.
Just two years after independence, it fell into a 7 year civil war which ended in February 2020. This caused many to flee to neighboring 
Ethiopiaball. Now South Sudan has to increase its economy after the war aggression happened or else South Sudan would collapse. South Sudan is subdivided into ten states.
Since 13 July 2018, sanctions were put against South Sudanball. On 17 May, 2020, more sanctions were added lasting until 31 May, 2021. Sarah J. Jackson stated "When the Security Council assesses keeping or lifting the arms embargo on South Sudan, it must, at a minimum, set the bar at halting these violations and ending impunity."
When the war ended, UNball sent forces to make sure nothing like that would happen again. However, 
the president saw this as UNball defending the former rebels, showing the distrust between the young country and the west. Recently, it was temporality kicked from IGADball after having failed to pay fees. How the hell does an 12-year-old have to pay fees?
