    The Francia-icon.png Franksball, also called Franciaball, or during their empire period Carolingian-icon.png Frankish Empireball, was a historical countryball and was a crusader until it was split into West Francia-icon.png West Franciaball, Middle Francia-icon.png Middle Franciaball and East Francia-icon.png East Franciaball and among them West Francia-icon.png West Franciaball will be the future France-icon.png Franceball and East Francia-icon.png East Franciaball will be the future HRE-icon.png Holy Roman Empireball. So, they're the first parent of France-icon.png Franceball (unless you count Gaul-icon.png Gaulball)

    History

    Francia-icon.png Franksball was a 2-icon.png 2ball and, later, Germania-icon.png Germaniaball. It was a parasite of SPQR-icon.png SPQRball before becoming independent and conquering most of Gaul-icon.png Gaulball with its friend, Cross of Burgundy-icon.png Burgundyball (Germania), after the battle of Soissons in 486 and dethatching Visigothic Kingdom-icon.png Visigothic Kingdomball some years later.

    It was a clever ball, understanding that it was necessary to be Catholic-icon.png Catholic to control Gaul-icon.png Gaulball soon. And it was the first Germania-icon.png Germaniaball baptized in 496 in Reimsball.

    In a mental Salian sharing, they conquered their friend Cross of Burgundy-icon.png Burgundyball. They lived three centuries between their four personalities which were Lotharingia-icon.png Austrasiaball, Kingdom of Arles-icon.png Burgundyball, Aquitaine-icon.png Aquitaineball and Kingdom of France-icon.png Neustriaball before being convinced to be this last one.

    Francia-icon.png Franciaball was a military genius who conquered many territories around it; sharing Christian-icon.png Christianity and their Gallic-Roman culture, building the European civilization in opposition with Byzantine-icon.png Byzantineball's own, and the new Islamic world.

    They stopped the Umayyad-icon.png Umayyadball advancement who destroyed the Visigothic Kingdom-icon.png Visigothsball in Poitiersball in 732 and being the protector of Christian-icon.png Christianity in 800 CE, grew into a stronk empire. HEIL CHARLEMAGNE!

    Afterwards, the Merovingians died and Pepin the Short was crowned in the king, and in a little time, HEIL Carolingian-icon.png Charlemagne become the monarch and killed Kingdom of the Lombards-icon.png Lombardsball, Saxons-icon.png Saxonyball and created Catalonia-icon.png Cataloniaball, becoming the Roman Emperor, making Byzantine-icon.png Byzantineball very angry.

    They broke in three in 843 after a tragic case of a horrible disease called "succession crisis-itis". The West Francia-icon.png western third became what we know as France-icon.png Franceball, the East Francia-icon.png east became Germany-icon.png Germanyball and the Middle Francia-icon.png middle... weeeelllll... Netherlands-icon.png Belgium-icon.png Luxembourg-icon.png Switzerland-icon.png Italy-icon.png Vatican-icon.png Lorraine-icon.png keeping track is only half the fun!

    How to Draw

    Francia-icon.png Here's how to draw it one way:

    1. Color the basic circle shape of blue
    2. Draw a yellow Carolingian Cross (a cross of circles with two circles on each outer point)
    3. Draw eyes and you've finished.

    1. Color in a circle red
    2. Draw either three or one yellow suns
    3. Draw those eyes and you're done.
