Vichy Franceball or officially known as the French state was a puppet-stateball of 
Nazi Germanyball during World War II. He is the evil part of 
Franceball that was separated from the good part in a bizarre experiment of Nazi Germanyball.

Vichy Franceball was brought in to existence by Naziball science and deranged experiments by fusing garlic, croissants and snails with Pizza, spaghetti and lasagne Born when Franceball was divided by Nazi Germanyball's invasion. It "died" in 1944, when 
Allies liberated the everlasting Smack out of it. They make an experiment to the two parts of Franceball and became only one Franceball again.
Vichy Franceball was still into controllings Syria and Lebanon, but lost them to British scum. Had of 
Miliceball to keep it company, and of helpings make Nazi Germanyball happy.

- Draw the eyes in the middle.
- Divide the basic circle shape into three vertical stripes, blue, white and red
- Draw the axe of the coat of arms of Vichy France over seven stars as in a hexagon
