Italyball. It’s famous for its food and its famous car brands (Ferrari and Lamborghini).
History
One day 
Emiliaball and 
Romagnaball were merged into one, from there who was born 
Emilia-Romagnaball.
How to draw
Like almost all the Italian regions, there are two ways to draw Emilia-Romagnaball.
The first is this:
- Draw the basic circle shape
- Draw a green square border with a silhouette of the region inside it
- Draw a red stripe under it
- Draw the green script Regione Emilia-Romagna under it
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
The other way:
