Rhine Confederationball, or the Confederation of the Rhineball was a 
Napoleonic French puppetball of the former 
HREball. Despite popular belief, it's flag is most likely fictional.

Rhine Confederationball was born when Napoleon invaded HREball and successfully dismantled it. The mess that was HREball was reorganized into 35 states, the biggest ones being .png){kind=icon}
Bavariaball, 
Saxonyball, and 
Kingdom of Westphaliaball.
It is of 
German descent but is of backstabbing against its cold parent. It is of cool flag, and got pointed out about that, but did not last too long, which is very sad. 
Austriaball and 
Prussiaball got an abortion, or maybe not. I think the best way to put it is that it was adopted by Prussiaball.
The sad little chap didn't know what its future was meant to be. It was just a border wall made by Franceball.

Franceball - He helped me creating my confederation, in return i helped him with military operations, sadly he lost to Russia...- Kingdom of Bavariaball - He is a loyal member of our glorius confederation and has helped us alot in unifying Germany.
- Every Other German State - Those loyal states are good members of the confederation, these states will be awarded with respect.
Netherlandsball - He wass a friendly neighbor of mine, he never had anything against each other.
Denmarkball - Just like The Netherlands, a friendly neighbor, if he just gave us Hamburg, Lubeck and Holstein, i would list him as a friend.
Helvetic Republicball- Like Denmark and The Netherlands, just again a friendly neighbor, he also gave us Swiss mercenaries.

Prussiaball - You were the biggest enemy of our amazing confederation, i don't know why Napoleon let you alive but you should've joined us instead of destroying our confederation, also your not the one to unite Germany!
Austriaball - You really were a annoying nation in the Napoleonic Wars, declared war and war again, it made me always smile when Napoleon beated you guys again.
Russian Empireball - How dare you destroy Napoleon! If you didn't, a German utopia would've existed, curse you and your winter!
Spainball - Just another nation that is destroying my friend, France. Curse you!
British Empireball - Your the second biggest enemy on the list! Why did you go to war with Napoleon in the first place and dissunite our glorius confederation? You should've given us Hanover and stopped the war with France!
