Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azurball is the south eastern regionball of France. It completely surrounds Monacoball and loves gambling, tourism, boating, and wine.
Its name comes from his former self as a province, Provenceball (Provence) along with the Alps Mountains and his Côte d'Azur (meaning riveria or blue coast).
