Nord-Pas-de-Calaisball was a region of 
Franceball. He was actually Flemish but was anschlussed by France in 1713. Being the most northern ball of France, he still did not lost all of his Flemish culture and he wants to become a new formed Republic Flanders with Flandersball when Flandersball declares his independence.

The most of was a part of Flandersball until that clay thief Franceball anschlussed him in 1713.
During the Hundred Year War, he was part of Englandball.
On 1 January 2016, he merged with Picardyball's clay to form the new Hauts-de-Franceball.
He seems to be pretty good at fielding Miss France pageant winners lately, three of the last four have come from his clay (Camille Cerf in 2015, Iris Mittenaere in 2016 (who went on to win Miss Universe in Philippinesball), and Maëva Coucke in 2018).
How to draw[edit]
Draw is almost simple:
- Color the basic circle shape of this yellow
- Draw a black heraldic vertical lion seeing to left
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
