Basilicataball born as a 
2ball. Later, it was conquered by 
Ancient Greeceball as Magna Graeciaball. Then 
SPQRball decided to "adopt" it.
After SPQRball died, Vikingball adopted it. Later, it passed into 
Habsburgball, 
Spanish Empireball, 
Kingdom of Naplesball, 
Kingdom of the Two Siciliesball, 
Kingdom of Italyball and Italyball.
Nowadays, Basilicataball is a southern region of Italyball.
How to draw
There are two ways to draw Basilicataball. The first one is this:
- Draw the basic circle shape and color it of this blue
- Draw inside it a shield border of this colour
- Color it of white, plus four ondulated lines of this blue
- Add the eyes and you've finished.
The second way is simpler:
- Draw the basic circle shape
- Draw four ondulated lines of this blue
- Add the eyes and you've finished.
