Kingdom of Arlesball was an independent kingdom and later a 
HRE Kingdomball.

Kingdom of Arlesball started back when the Lands of 
Kingdom of Burgundyball were split between 
West Franciaball and 
Middle Franciaball. At the Death of Middle Franciaball 
Provenceball became independent, but 
Upper Burgundyball was under 
Lotharingiaball, but it later also got independence.
In 933 Hugh of Arles gave Provenceball to Upper Burgundyball in exchange for Upper Burgundyball losing its claim to the 
Italian throne, and so, Kingdom of Arlesball was formed.
Despite its name, it didn't actualy rule Arlesball, but instead the County of Provenceball, a vassal of the Kingdom ruled Arlesball.
In 1032, it was inherited by the Holy Roman Empireball and was slowly reduced into a title of the Holy Roman Emperors until its dissolution, despite it losing most of the region in the 14th Century.
