North Hollandball is a provinceball of the 
Netherlandsball. He can into legal drugs. He is often seen smoking marijuana, but when he's not he is usually reclaiming clay from the sea (Which he doesn't do very often).
History
North Hollandball used to be called West Frieslandball. But he was adopted by the Netherlandsball. He then became part of Hollandball with his brother South Hollandball. They split up in 1840.
