Palmyra Atollball is a dead ancient Syrian city territory of 
USAball.

Palmyra Atollball was born as a territory of 
Kingdom of Hawaiiball and later Republic of Hawaiiball, kidnapped by USAball in 1798. In 1974, he was involved in a murder of two 
San Diegoballs and stealing their yacht. Other than that, he is pretty sane.
