North Dakotaball is a stateball that doesn't exist of 
USAball.

North Dakotaball was born as a 
Siouxball, adopted by USAball. He officially became a state in 2012 1889 from Dakota Territoryball. He is relevant for being the site of his father's controversial pipeline (which just resumed) because it goes through Sioux's sacred land.
He cannot into weed - had a ballot measure in 2018, and it failed 60-40. He has Nukes in silos out east.
How to draw[edit | edit source]
Like almost every US state, he's only a drawing on a blue background:
- Color the basic circle shape of this blue
- Draw the banner used by USAball against Philippinesball
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
