The Sac and Fox Nationball is a nation of Native American people from the Saukball and Meskwakiball tribes.

Originally, the Saukball and Meskwakiball tribes had lived around the Lake Michigan area. However, with the 
USAball's colonization, these tribes were forced to relocate. However, the tribes didn't go easily, and the Black Hawk War against the US government had begun. They eventually lost and relocated multiple times, eventually ending up in 
Oklahomaball.
They could not form a nation, as the Curtis Act did not allow for them to do so legally. Later, Franklin Roosevelt's Indian New Deal reversed that and allowed for the nation as we know it to be formed in 1937.
They have since defended their sovereign status legally, and do not have to pay taxes to the US government due to a court case that ruled them as a separate country. Their sovereignty remains intact to this day.
