Congo "Free" Stateball was an African country owned by King Leopold II of Belgiumball. It was sadly known for the cruelty the state does to the natives, one of which is cutting off hands and killings of 10 million enslaved Congolese people in the Congo Genocide.

History

They started off as a 8ball where Portuguese Empireball wandered around for a while. It was given to Belgiumball who claimed it after UKball, Franceball, and German Empireball couldn't stop arguing over it in the Berlin Conference. It was considered as " Leopold II's private property" which the king had committed a a whole lot of crimes against humanity and they were forced to face a lot of apartheid laws. Meanwhile, It fought off slave traders from Zanzibarball in the Congo-Arab War from 1892 to 1894.

In 1908, public pressure would ultimately lead Belgiumball (the state, not the king) to annex the Congo Free Stateball, becoming Belgian Congoball. The Congolese would still be treated like subhumans even after the transfer of ownership to the Belgian government.
