Nord-Kivuball is a provinceball of DR Congoball. It is in a ongoing conflict.

    History

Nord-Kivuball born as a 8ball, adopted by Congo Free Stateball, Belgian Congoball and Zaireball.

The Kivu conflict started when Hutu militias fled to the province. As a result, Nord-Kivuball was invaded by Rwandaball, who thought that DR Congoball was sheltering the militias. The RCD-Goma, an opposition group to the government of DR Congoball.

DR Congoball soon made peace with Rwandaball and the rebels, and RCD-Gomaball ceased to grasp control of the territory. Not all groups agreed to the government transition in the East, so they started to form warlords such as the CNDP, who started to also attack UNball's troops. The rebel leader was arrested by Rwandaball and the group disbanded, however this inspired a later movement to rise.

In 2012, the March 23 Movement conquered the capital of the province after, Gomaball and eventually staged the rebellion. It was accused by both DR Congoball & UNball that the rebels were created by Rwandaball & aided by Ugandaball, but UNball saved the day and defeated the rebellion. At first the Hutus supported the government on the situation, but it was only a matter of time until the Congolese government grew hostile towards the Hutu militias and their allies and started to go to war with them.

The conflict is one but mess. At one point, you have the Hutu militias, and another is the ADF, an ISIS backed rebel group wanting to install a jihad in Central Africa, and there is the Mai mai groups, a loose connection of Congolese groups that kill, rape, steal, and subjugate the local people in the region.
