Lower Egyptball was a predynastic countryball in the Northern Egyptball. Despite being in the north, it was called "lower" Egyptball because its clay was low and marshy and because the Nile river flows from south to north. It wore a red, boxy crown with a curl at the front. It was conquered by Upper Egyptball, and they became Early Dynastic Egyptball, with their crowns fusing.
