Volgogradball is an Russian oblastball located in Western 
Russiaball.
Used to be Tsaritsyn. Stalin changed its name to Stalingrad, and Khrushchev changed it to Volgograd.
Short-tempered, although brave, he is pretty much always ready to make new friends.
He really likes swords and Victory parades.
He fought off the evil Nazi Germanyball in WWII and stopped them in their tracks.
How to draw
Drawing Volgogradball is pretty simple:
- Draw a red circle.
- Draw two blue lines on the left side
- Draw a white statue of a woman
- Add the eyes and you've finished.
