Kamchatkaball is a kraiball of Eastern 
Russiaball. It is the most Eastern part of Russiaball.
History
Kamchatkaball started first as groups of 
1balls and 
2balls that tried hard to cross the Beringia Strait but then got ultimately stranded as they failed so they established a civilization in there. It was then later adopted by Russian Empireball, Sovietball, and then Russiaball. It became a bit more relevant only because it's featured in Risk!
How to draw
Drawing Kamchatkaball is almost simple:
- Draw the basic circle shape
- Draw an horizontal blue stripe of 1/3 of the height
- Draw the shield of Kamchatka (without background) as on the left eye
- Draw the right eye and you've finished.
