Tyumenball is a Russian oblastball located in Western 
Russiaball. It incorporates 
Khanty-Mansiball and 
Yamalo-Nenetsball as well.
History
Tyumenball was born as a 
2ball and later evolved to Khanate of Sibirball. It was then adopted by Tsardom of Russiaball, 
Russian Empireball, 
Sovietball and Russiaball.

Friends
Khanty-Mansiball and 
Yamalo-Nenetsball - My children, whom I adopted a long time ago. I am very rich thanks to them. Apparently they are related to 
Hungaryball, but I find it hard to believe.
Sverdlovskball - My best friend ever. I am in Uralball because of it (please don't tell my children).
Chelyabinskball - Sverdlovsk's best friend. It is of polluted, but seems chill. We should hang out sometime.
Moscowball - Its mayor is from my clay, so I am very proud, but you are stealing too many monies and making my children unhappy.
Saint Petersburgball - Rasputin lived there.
Komiball - A friend of mine who speaks a very weird language. I don't hang out with it too much because it's a commie/can't communicatebecause it prefers Arkhangelsk's company more.
Nenetsball - Yamalo-Nenets' twin, who is 
Arkhangelsk's clay.
Tatarstanball - There are a lot of people from there living in my clay and they influenced me a lot back in the day. They are of not quite Volga Tatars though.
Kazakhbrick - My friend from the south who also sells oil. We both visit each other from time to time.
Germanyball - It made that song about Rasputin.

How to draw
Draw Tyumenball isn't difficult:
- Draw the basic circle shape
- Draw a red half-arrow from left
- Divide the rest into three horizontal stripes, white, blue and green
- Draw three yellow Tyumenish crown in the blue stripe
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
