How to draw
Draw Permball is simple:
- Divide the basic circle shape into quarters using a white + cross
- Color the quarters (from up-left, clockwise) of red, blue, red and blue
- Draw in the center the coat of arms of Perm with a tsar crown
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
