Vladimir Lenin Putinball is an Russian oblastball located in Western 
Russiaball.
History
Vladimirball was born as a 2ball, adopted by Sovietball Russiaball.
Now, Vladimirball is still a Communist oblastball.

How to draw
Draw Vladimirball isn't difficult. He's based on Russian SFSRball:
- Color the basic circle shape of this red
- Draw a blue vertical stripe on the left with a yellow hammer and sickle
- Draw the coat of arms of Vladimir Oblast (but red becames yellow)
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
