Provisional All-Russian Governmentball, also known as Russian Stateball was a short-lived government in Omskbird. It was one of the directors of the 
White Movement after 
Russian Republicball got "replaced". It tried its best to prevent communism from getting to Siberia.
History
After the tragic fall of the Russian Republicball, Russia descended into civil war where the -icon.png){kind=icon}
commies had taken over most of the country, dooming the White army.
But then, 
Czechslovak Legionball occupied the Trans-Siberian railway, and Western countries helped opened up fronts to sent aid and supplies to the White Army. A counteroffensive in Siberia was led, and the White Movement committed the white terror, and under a constitution in Ufaball, the Whites proclaimed the Russian Stateball. (Capital was also moved to Omskbird.)
The Russian Stateball had meant to be a democratic, anti-communist provisional republic like its predecessor, the Russian Republicball, but after a coup, Alexander Kolchak took over a proclaimed a dictatorship instead. The Whites still had trouble beating the Reds, especially because the Reds gained control in most of the populated areas of Russiaball.
The Allied nations realized the communists were "unremovable" and withdrew slowly. No matter how much Russian Stateball thought it could remove communism, it was communism that removed it. (The other White Movementballs such as Southern Russia), also collapsed sometime after or emerged in Siberia and collapsed sometime after.
