Aden Protectorateball was a British protectorate in southern Arabia which evolved in the hinterland of the port of Aden and in the Hadramaut following the conquest of Aden by Great Britain in 1839. It slowly grew as treaties from UKball and the locals incoperated the locals in to the Protectorate.It continued until the 1960s and was one of the frontiers during WW1 for Ottoman Empireball and Ukball.

The Federation of Arab Emirates of the Southball was the later result of it transforming from a colony to a federation of emirates in the former Aden Protectorateball. He consisted of six emirates before nine more joined his federation. After that, he became  South Yemenball. In 1959 he signed a treaty with UKball to gib aid.
