The Isles of Skills Scillyball is 
Cornwallball's sibling, who lives on islands not far from him. Isles of Scillyball's father is 
Englandball. Isles of Scillyball is the warmest countyball in UKball, but cannot into much relevance.
History
Isles of Scillyball's ancient ancestor is Gaulball, and they may have been visited by Phoeniciaball in ancient times. Isles of Scillyball survived a flood that destroyed most of their clay. The SPQRball called Isles of Scillyball Scillonia Insulaball, a name that they loved. Today, Isle of Scillyball's friends are Cornwallball and UKball, who come to visit them occasionally. Most other countries don't like Isles of Scillyball, because Isles of Scillyball works with their brother to destroy passing ships.
Personality
The Isles of Scillyball can into a football league, which has become more famous of late, but people forget it due to its relative insignificance compared to Englandball's.
