Travancoreball, also known as the Kingdom of Thiruvithamkoor, was 
Hindustani countryball and later a princely state under 
British Rajball.
History
Travancoreball was built from the small principality of Venadball by Marthanda Varma. Travancoreball defeated the Dutch East India Companyball who were fighting on behalf of 
Dutch Republicball in the Travancore-Dutch war.
It became the most powerful state in South India after defeating stronk Zamorin of Calicutball. It also defeated an invasion by 
Sultanate of Mysoreball under Tipu Sultan. Travancoreball often allied with 
East India Companyball in military conflicts.
In the early 19th century, the kingdom became a princely stateball of 
British Empireball and was one of the most prosperous princely states of the British Rajball.
