Rio Negroball has the N-word pass is a provinceball of Argentinaball. He is often ignored by his brothers, who thinks that he is perverted, and think he claims that Nazi Germanyball was a hero.

History

Rio Negroball was settled in the BC times by 3ball, later taken into Tehuelcheball. Portuguese Empireball was of mappings its coasts in 1520. When Spanish Empireball was nearby, Tehuelcheball was anschulussed by Mapucherawr.

Ever since the death of Nazi Germanyball, it made Rio Negroball its victim and possessed him for life. He is trying to get therapy from Austriaball to solve the issue. Currently there is some conflict with the native Tehuelcheball.

How to draw

Draw Rio Negroball is simple:

1. Divide the basic circle shape into three horizontal stripes, blue, white and green
2. Draw a black up-left quarter with a circle of 13 stars
3. Draw the eyes and you've finished.
