Surakartaball, also known as Soloball, is a cityball located in Central Javaball, Indonesiaball. It was born as a result of the merger between File:Surakarta Sunanate-icon.png Surakarta Sunanateball and File:Mangkunegaran-icon.png Mangkunegaranball in 1950, and its clay is claimed by Central Javaball.

    History

Surakartaball was one of the two children of the Mataram Sultanateball, born in 1755 as the younger sibling of Sultanate of Yogyakartaball. While its sibling followed in its parent's footsteps as a Sultanate, Surakartaball decided to form a Sunanate. In 1757, its first child, File:Mangkunegaran-icon.png Mangkunegaranball, was born.

In 1945, during Indonesiaball's struggle for independence, File:Surakarta Sunanate-icon.png Surakarta Sunanateball sent a letter of support to Indonesiaball, which earned it the status of Special Region. However, later that year, the region was plagued by violent attacks targeting the monarchy. These anti-monarchy rebellions worsened in early 1946, and Indonesiaball ultimately revoked the Special Region status.

After the merger of Surakartaball and File:Mangkunegaran-icon.png Mangkunegaranball in 1950, Soloball was born as a new cityball. Over the years, Soloball has become an important center of Javanese culture and a popular tourist destination, known for its traditional arts and crafts, as well as its delicious cuisine.
