Before making a page of a cityball, please look at this map first:

A cityball can be made if the country it is located in has the minimum population limit according to the color it is colored in. (with the exception of dark gray).

Legend:

Gray/grey: 100,000 (Almost all countryballs)

Dark blue: 150,000 (Canada, France, Italy, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Palestine, Panama, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, UK)

Light blue: 250,000 (Belarus, Benin, Bolivia, Cuba, Cote d'Ivoire, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Haiti, Israel, Jordan, Libya, Madagascar, Niger, Paraguay, Poland, Senegal, South Sudan, Spain, Taiwan, Turkmenistan, USA, Uzbekistan)

Green: 300,000 (Chile, Kazakhstan, Oman, Romania, Tunisia, UAE, Uganda, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe)

Light yellow: 400,000 (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Dominican Republic, Japan, Malaysia, Morocco, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Ukraine)

Dark yellow: 500,000 (Algeria, Argentina, Burkina Faso, Burma, Cameroon, Colombia, Guinea, Peru, South Korea)

Orange: 600,000 (Angola, Egypt, Mexico, North Korea, Philippines, Turkey, Venezuela, Vietnam)

Red: 800,000 (Brazil, DRC, Iraq, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Pakistan, Russia)

Magenta: 1,250,000 (India, Indonesia, Iran, Saudi Arabia)

Dark gray/grey: Others (China, Côte d'Ivorie, Nepal, Nigeria and South Africa)

China: China's cities are divided into 6 different tiers, only Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities are allowed

Nepal and South Africa: Only metropolitan cities are allowed

Nigeria and Côte d'Ivoire: Cities with a higher population than the capitals Abuja and Yamoussoukro can have their pages made

Note: Countries whose first level adminstrative subdivision's capitals can be exempt from the rule: USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Brazil, Russia, India, China, Mexico, Australia
