Sokoto Caliphateball or Caliphal State in the Bilād as-Sūdānball was a country situated in much of present-day northern 
Nigeria and portions of its neighbouring states. It was the largest of the Fulani Jihad states conquering the Kingdom of Hausaball. Lasting for a majority of the 19th century, it was the last caliph that was murdered by Brits and it was ultimately conquered by the 
British Empireball and the 
German Empireball in 1903, and became part of the 
Nothern Nigeria Protectorateball (later British Northern Nigeriaball) and 
German Cameroonball. It is Nigeriaball and 
Cameroonball when they were young.
Despite Arabic being its official language, its people not only spoke its official language but Hausa and Fula were good too.
