Quintana Rooball is a state of Mexicoball.

The beaches of this Mexican stateball are bathed by the waters of the Caribbean Sea, which is why this stateball is known worldwide as "Mexican Caribbean"

As is accustomed to the heat and beaches, in addition to the constant visits of USAball (that love his beaches), he sometimes wears sunglasses.
