Viceroyalty of Rio de la Plataball was a colonyball of Spanish Empireball. He controlled the clay of the now called  Argentina,  Bolivia,  Equatorial Guinea, Paraguay and  Uruguay.

All of his clay used to be part of the   Viceroyalty of Peru, from 1542 to 1717.

History

Viceroyalty of Rio de la Plataball born when Spanish Empireball colonized some Native Americans. As a independent colony, imports went to the capital of Buenos Airesball which contributed to the economic growth.

Decades after, after British Empireball failed to take the capital, the colony disintegrated after Argentine Republicians revolted in the capital and replaced it with the United Provinces of the Río de la Plataball, with the faliure to annex Paraguayball and Upper Peruball into the new American (continental term, not the country) republic.

How to draw

1. Draw a basic circle shape
2. Fill it with white
3. Draw a red cross of Burgundy (an X cross with some protrusions)
4. Draw him a gaucho hat to differentiate him from his brothers
5. Finally, add him eyes and you are done.

Alternatively, you can draw him with his alternate flag, preferably with a gaucho hat to differentiate him from the Kingdom of Spain.
