Omskball aka Omsk Oblastball is a Russian Oblastball located in Central 
Russiaball. Omskball hates 
its chief-town and is trying to escape from the satan bird.
History
Omskball was born as a 
2ball, soon adopted by 
Russian Empireball his affiliation stayed with him, even as

he changed ideologies throughout history.
In the 19th century, a lot of 
Germans settled in his clay. They brought many qualified craftsmen, traders, entrepreneurs and pharmacists into his clay. This made Omskball pretty happy, but people really only seem to care about his his chief-town nowadays, which he really doesn't like.

How to draw
Drawing Omskball is quite easy to draw:
- Divide the basic circle shape into three vertical stripes, red, white and red
- Draw a blue vertical ondulated line in the center
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
