Zheltuga Republicball also known as Zheltugaball was a short lived, illegal country in Qingball formed by Russians and Chinese for gold. It remained unnoticed by the Qingball which was how it lasted 3 years but was later found out and destroyed by Qingball, before its destruction, Russiaball was a good friend to Zheltugaball and never acknowledged its existence to Qingball.
