Volgogradball (city), formerly known as Tsaritsynball (1589-1925) and Stalingradball (1925-1961) is an European cityball of 
Russiaball.
History
In Russian Empireball times (and even a bit earlier), Volgogradball was a pretty small Russian townball called 
Fish empire Tsaritsynball. Tsar was a Russian monarch's title. By about 300 years nobody cared, but then Russian Civil War happened and so he became Stalingradball. He finally became Volgogradball, by the name of river Volga.
