Valparaísoball is a major port cityball along the coast of 
Chileball.
He has so many historic sites, so much shipping, and has South America first fire department, the older newspaper published in spanish, and Chileballs's first stock exchange and first TV station.
He tells the news many times and is sometimes lazy.
Valparaísoball used of being port of most important in South American Pacific coast and first stop in the Cape Horn sea route. On second half 19th century and early 20th century it was glorious cityball thriving with commerce, lots of immigrants and even economic capital of Chileball... but then tragedies happened. In 1906 there was huge earthquake and subsequent fire that destroyed him. He was able to recover, but then in 1914 the Panamaball Canal opened, making the Cape Horn sea route obsolete. Finally, a port that was to compete against him was built in the neighbouring San Antonioball, even overtakening Valparaísoball's own port years later. Valparaísoball has never been able to recover from this loss, and he now is broke. Most rich people moved to his daughter ViñadelMarball.
How to draw
Drawing Valparaísoball isn't difficult:
- Divide the basic circle shape into two vertical stripes, blue and red
- Draw the coat of arms of Valparaíso City in the center
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
