Rondôniaball

Rondôniaball is a state of Brazilball. His capital and largest cityball is Porto Velhoball. Although the other Brazilian states think that it is underdeveloped and there has only forest and 3balls, Rondôniaball have a lot of industries, a enormous teledensity, a excellent HDI, one of the biggest PIB per capita of Brazilball (~~I STILL CARRY BRAZILBALL ON MY BACK!~~) and low iliteracy.
