8ball, adopted by 
USAball and Liberiaball.
How to draw
River Geeball is one of the stupidest flag ever, as his brothers:
- Draw the basic circle shape.
- Draw the Liberian flag in the up-left quarter.
- Color the rest with a landscape of the country, along with a few trees.
- Draw the sun rising/setting from the horizon.
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
