Poznańball was founded in the 900s. It once was the Capital of Polandball under the reign of the king Przemysł II, from 1295 until his assassination/kidnapping attempt.
In 1791, it became the Grand Duchy of Posen after being anschlussed by Kingdom of Prussiaball.
After WWI, it became the capital of Poznań Voivodeshipball, but got anschlussed again by Nazi Germanyball and became the capital of Reichsgau Warthelandball.
It was half-destroyed after WWII, with damage being up to 55%, but Polandball managed to heal it somehow, thus the new architecture.
Today it is known for the Poznań International Fairs, the Rogale Świętomarcińskie, famous among the citizens of the cityball, and the Poznań Goats on the Poznań Town Hall.
