Philistiarawr was an ancient countryrawr in the Levant region in the Middle East, in modern day Israelcube, Palestineball, and Egyptball.

They have been originally Greekballs (possibly the Peleset Sea peoples) from the Aegean Islands that tried to invade Ancient Egyptball and later settled in Canaanball, mixing with the locals.

Philistiarawr would become an enemy of Kingdom of Israelcube and later Kingdom of Judahcube. It temporarily lost its autonomy in the 10th century BC to Ancient Egyptball, and later definitively to Neo-Assyriaball.

Neo-Babyloniaball devastated Philistiarawr territory in 604 BC and, like the rest of the region, fell to Macedonball in the 4th century BC. By that time, the Philistines had already lost much of their cultural identity.

The term Peleset and later Greek (Παλαιστινή, Palaistinḗ) and Latin (Palæstina) versions continued to be used as a geographical term, referring to an increasingly extensive area.
