People's Revolutionary Government of Grenadaball was a socialist stateball.

History

Grenadaball was born as a 7ball, adopted by British Empireball. He passed through a socialist phase, making Grenada the only communist state within the Commonwealth.

The government suspended the constitution and ruled by decree until it was removed on 25 October 1983 by USAball during Operation Urgent Fury. After 1983, it returned to its normal state.

Impossibly, this country was actually a socialist monarchy, as the country never became a republic and retained its membership within the Commonwealthball. However, it was not a royal communist state as the head of state was merely ceremonial. It is a very unusual form of government: a socialist one-party state based on the Westminster model.
