Novi Sadball is crying because it is sad the second largest cityball of 
Serbiaball and is the saddest city in the world capital of 
Vojvodinaball, an autonomous regionball in Serbiaball. It lies on the banks of Danube river.
Novi Sadball was founded by Serbian refugees in Habsburg Monarchyball in the 17th century. There are a few museums and galleries in it.
Nowadays, the cityball is the European capital of youth and culture.
