Northern Weiball, also known as Tuoba / Yuan Weiball and Later Weiball was a Chinese dynastyball of Xianbeiball nomad origins. It can into Mulan.
History
Northern Weiball formed out of 
Former Qinball, who had anschlussed .png){kind=icon}
Daiball, the predecessor of Weiball.
It then started conquering the Sixteen Kingdomballs, anschlussing the last of them ( Northern Liangball) in 439.
Afterwards, it became in contact with 
Liu Songball, and took some clay from it.
It also fought with it's nomadic sibling, 
Rouranball due to it making raids in Weiball's clay.
In 534 Eastern Weiball broke away from it, and the year later Western Weiball emerged, marking the end of Northern Weiball.
It was involved in the legend of Mulan, which was a legend about a woman whose father was too old to go to war, so she went to war for him.
