Matabeleland Southball was born as a 8ball, later adopted by Kingdom of Zimbabweball, Kingdom of Mutapaball, British Rhodesiaball, Southern Rhodesiaball (for 10 years also under Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasalandball), Rhodesiaball and then Zimbabweball.
