The LPRball or LNRball (Russian and Ukrainian: ЛНР), full name Luhansk People's Republicball (Russian: Луганская Народная Республика, Ukrainian: Луганська Народна Республіка) is a separatist countryball located in Eastern Europe. Together with 
Donetsk People's Republicball, it makes federalizes into 
Novorossiaball.
It is still in at war and many coup attempts.
History
Luhansk Oblastball was born as a 
2ball, conquered by 
Kyivan Rusball and was then part of 
Russian Empireball, 
Soviet Unionball and then 
Ukraineball following Soviet Unionball's death in 1991. He became an oblastball of Ukraineball, but a part of him broke away from its clay in 2014 during civil unrest to create an independent state along with 
Donetsk People's Republicball to be close to 
Russiaball. This sparked the War in Donbas as Ukraineball, with the support of 
EUball and 
USAball, tried to reclaim his clay, but failed and the war is now a stalemate as of 2020.
How to draw
Draw Luhansk People's Republicball is almost simple:
- Divide the basic circle shape into three horizontal stripes
- Color them of blue, other blue and red
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
