Kharkiv People's Republicball was a short-lived unrecognized state in Kharkiv Oblastball, Ukraineball. They were formed On April 7, 2014, by pro-Russian separatists in Kharkiv Oblastball after a revolt that occupied the RSA building. On April 8, 2014, Ukraineball recaptured the building, and the republic was dissolved.

How to Draw
