Ukrainian Stateball or Hetmanateball was a Ukrainian countryball under 
German control.
History
Ukrainian Stateball was born as a 
2ball, later adopted by 
Slavsball, 
Kievan Rusball, 
Russian Empireball and then German Empireball.
He was created on April 29th, 1918, by a coup staged by German Empireball, overthrowing 
Ukrainian People's Republicball.
He was weak and German Empireball refused to help him, so on 14th of December the same year, he resigned and Ukrainian People's Republicball returned.
His proudest achievement is the creation of the Academy of Sciences.

How to draw
Drawing Ukrainian Stateball is very simple
- Draw a circle.
- Then draw a blue/yellow stripe in centre then colur flag.
- Add the hetman's hat.
- Put eyes and you're finished.
