Haiphongball is a cityball of 
Vietnamball. It is nicknamed the Flamboyant Cityball. "Hải Phòng" in Sino-Vietnamese means "coastal defense". Actually it is a shortened form of "Hải-dương thương-chính quan-phòng" which means "The trading defensive area of Hải Dươngball". It borders Quảng Ninhball to the north, Hải Dươngball to the west, Thái Bìnhball to the south, and the Gulf of Tonkin to the east.
History
Haiphongball was adopted by Vietnamball and all his ancestors.
