Grand Duchy of Finlandball was an autonomous part of 
Russian Empireball which ruled by the Russian Emperor as Grand Duke/Grand Prince.

Grand Duchy of Finlandball was born as a 
2ball, adopted by 
Finnballs and 
Samiballs, the 
Swedish Empireball, and then to the Russian Empireball, which acted as an Autonomous Territory under the administration of Russiaball. At first, things has been seeing calm for Finlandball, as Russiaball was able to gain most of Finns' allegiance and give the 
Vyborg Governorateball to Finlandball, but even after Alexander I would go back to focusing on Russiaball itself, nothing much would still change since Russian Empireball was able to get the Finn’s allegiances, save it for starting with Arseny Zakrevsky, a Governor-General viceroy who had grown to be disliked by the living 
Finlandballs, though this was not much of an effect to into independence, even with the later revolutions happening in Europe in 1830, Finlandball would still remain loyal to Russiaball.
However it would be hit with a nationalistic revolution about appreciating the Finnish language and having literature being written in Finnish, however, the Finnish Church and the Russian Crown would quickly put this down and strengthen much of the censorship. Eventually, it would soon be affected by Russification policies initiated by 
Russian Empireball during 1889.
Eventually when Russian Empireball would began to have troubles in WW1 and dealing with -icon.png){kind=icon}
a bunch of red peasants trying to revolt against it, the Finlandballs would see an opportunity and declared independance. Breaking away from Russian Empireball and ending the Grand Duchy for good...buuuuuut, some Soviets wanted to leave a special present for Finland for its independence, which resulted in the Finnish Civil War.

Congress Polandball - "Sibling", it is kinda like me, basically was ruled by 
Big vodka. But it didn't like it and tried to revolt. Now it is stuck like this with no autonomy. We both into freedom tho once 
Russian Empireball collapsed.
Governorate of Estoniaball - Sib, just like me, it was taken by Russia. It was able to gain independence luckily, but its 
child took it back again.
German Empireball - Despite yuo is an enemy of Russian Empireball, yuo had helped me when I was able to into independence, even tried to gib me a King to rule us! before he quit cause you went deadSo thanks, buuuut I think Republic will do for us
